Job Description

    Position: Technical Helpdesk Executive
    • Act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
    • Conduct remote troubleshooting by using diagnostic techniques and asking relevant questions to identify issues.
    • Analyze the issue and provide the most appropriate solution based on customer details, guiding them through the problem-solving process.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
    • Offer accurate information about IT products or services to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of potential solutions.
    • Keep detailed logs of reported problems, their resolution, and the steps taken during the troubleshooting process.
    • Follow up with customers, updating them on the status of their issues and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Relay customer feedback and suggestions to the appropriate internal teams for improvements.
