Your responsibilities will include:Understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates.
    • Sending acknowledgment emails with job descriptions post-discussion.
    • Scheduling interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.
    • Conducting daily and weekly follow-ups and maintaining reports.
    • Managing a personal database of candidates.
    • Traveling to client locations for interview coordination as needed.
    • Maintaining tracking systems for offers, interviews, and joiners, ensuring regular follow-up with candidates via calls and emails.
    Mandatory Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
    • Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Smart communicator and quick learner.
    • Passionate about embracing new ideas and methods.
