Job Description

    Job Title:Technical Service ManagerLocation:MumbaiKey Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the regional customer service team.
    • Ensure excellent customer experience and service performance.
    • Drive aftermarket business growth and support sales initiatives.
    • Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
    • Develop and coach field service engineers.
    Requirements:
    • Science/Engineering graduate.
    • 11 years of customer service experience.
    • Minimum 6 years in a team leadership role managing field service personnel.
    • Strong leadership, customer management, and business acumen.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai, Nasik, Silvassa till Mahad.
