    JD for Implementation Engineer (Male candidate can apply)
    • This includes the clients business requirement study and discussing the project implementation methodologies.
    • Mapping client requirements in the existing product and coming out with GAP analysis.
    • Installing the software to the client place as per the requirement
    JD for Technical Support Engineer (Female candidate can apply)
    • Give back end support to the Service Engineer for the software application.
    • Handling the client queries and technical support.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and desire to learn new skills.
    • Resolved the technical queries of the end user Over Phone, Mail and Remote Sessions.
