Job Description

    Major Responsibilities:
    • Vehicle Pickup and Delivery:
    • Handle the pickup and delivery of electric two-wheelers from customers locations to the service center and vice versa.
    • Preliminary Diagnostics:
    • Conduct basic inspections and diagnostics of vehicles during pickup to identify potential issues.
    • Customer Interaction:
    • Maintain professional communication with customers during vehicle handover.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and shared with the customer.
    • Vehicle Handling and Safety:
    • Ensure the safe and secure transport of vehicles, adhering to safety protocols.
    • Ticket/Work Order Updates:
    • Update and close tickets or work orders related to vehicle pickup and delivery.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement and condition.
    • Support for Maintenance Tasks:
    • Assist in basic maintenance or repair tasks when needed at the service center
    Technical Skill Set Required:
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and diagnostics.
    • Understanding of safety procedures for vehicle transportation.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to identify and report vehicle issues during pickup.
