Job Description

    We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled female Tele callers to join our team in Andheri West. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales through effective communication.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage them in meaningful conversations.
    • Provide clear and accurate information about our products/services to potential clients.
    • Understand customer needs and address inquiries to drive interest and sales.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
    • Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
    • Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
    • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
    • Strong persuasive skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-oriented approach.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
