We strive to make lending accessible and transparent through innovative solutions and technology.Role Overview As a Tele-Collections executive at Flexiloans Technologies, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls related to loan repayments. You will be an essential part of the collections team, working to ensure that the companys loan recovery process is smooth, timely, and efficient.Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts for collections through phone-based communication (outbound/inbound). Follow up with customers on overdue payments and negotiate mutually agreeable repayment terms. Work effectively on different buckets (Bucket X, Bucket 1, and Bucket 2) to ensure collections are done within the stipulated time. Identify and escalate potential issues that may hinder collections and work with other departments to resolve them. Maintain detailed records of customer communications, actions, and status of the collections. Meet and exceed monthly collections targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure all collections activities comply with legal and company policies and regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-8 years of experience in tele-collections, preferably with experience handling Bucket X, 1 & 2. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage difficult situations and customer concerns effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure to meet targets. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Basic proficiency with MS Office and other relevant software tools. Prior experience in financial services or fintech companies is preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with loan collections, particularly in the SME or personal loan sectors.
