Job Description

    Designation: Telecalling Officer Sales
    • As a Telecalling Officer, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and duties designed to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include
    • Telecalling Sales: Utilize your 2-3 years of prior Tele-calling sales experience to engage with potential clients effectively and achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the organization.
    • Excellent Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to answer all queries and questions regarding the company and its products, providing a positive and informative customer experience.
    • Customer Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
    • Adaptability: Possess the ability to change your communication style as needed in response to unusual events or customer preferences.
    • Calling MIS: Be responsible for maintaining calling Management Information Systems (MIS) to track performance and improve calling efficiency.
    • Computer Literacy: Display basic proficiency in MS Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes.
    Education: Hold a graduate degree.Qualifications and Skills:
    • 2-3 years of prior telecalling sales experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office.
    • The ability to adapt communication style to various situations.
    • Proactive in maintaining and updating customer databases.
    • A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    Willingness to work from our Mumbai office
