Job Description

    Shift Timing:
    • Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (8-hour shift with a 1-hour break)
    • Fixed off: Saturday and Sunday
    Location:Lower Ground Floor, MBC Center, Opposite Cine Wonder Mall,Beside HP Petrol Pump, Kapurbawdi, Thane, Maharashtra, India - 400607Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA.
    • Present and explain product information to potential customers.
    • Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve lead generation strategies.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum education requirement: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
    • Freshers with excellent command of English (both spoken and written) are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    Salary & Benefits:
    • Monthly salary cycle, with salary credited on the 10th of every month.
    • Performance-based incentives.

    • Interview Timings: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST
