Job Description

    Job Title: Telecaller (Real Estate)Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, scheduling property viewings, and providing information on real estate listings. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for customer service.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:Make calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors to promote real estate properties.Share information on available properties, investment opportunities, and the benefits of buying or selling real estate through the firm.Qualify leads and set up appointments for property viewings with the sales team or agents.Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in properties, providing them with additional details, answering their queries, and encouraging them to take action.Inbound Calls:Respond to inquiries from customers interested in properties listed by the company.Provide accurate information on property availability, pricing, location, and amenities.Schedule property viewings, follow up on inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and agents.Language Preference: Hindi, English, Gujarati & Marwadi.
