Job Description

    Position: TelecallerDepartment: Sales/Customer ServiceLocation:VileparleJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our financial services company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their financial needs, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting sales efforts, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Outreach:
      • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote financial products (loans, insurance, investment plans, etc.).
      • Engage in inbound calls to assist customers with queries and provide relevant financial solutions.
    2. Lead Generation:
      • Identify and qualify potential leads for financial products and services.
      • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
      • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
    3. Product Knowledge:
      • Have an in-depth understanding of the companys financial products and services.
      • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of various financial products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, etc.).
      • Guide customers in selecting the right financial products based on their requirements.
    4. Customer Service:
      • Provide information on financial services and handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and processes.
      • Resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
      • Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    5. Sales Targets:
      • Achieve sales targets, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and goals set by the management team.
      • Upsell and cross-sell financial products to existing customers.
      • Report sales progress, challenges, and performance regularly to the team lead/manager.
    6. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the companys CRM system.
      • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including sales and call logs.
      • Assist with any administrative tasks related to customer accounts, applications, and service requests.
    7. Compliance and Regulations:
      • Ensure all calls, interactions, and financial advice comply with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
      • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and financial regulations.
