The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and promoting our automobile products and services. Both freshers and experienced candidates (with 2-3 years in the automobile industry) are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote automobile products and services.
    • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
    • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, bookings, and service-related issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
    • Provide information about car models, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
    • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and conversions.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
    Requirements:
    • Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the automobile industry will be preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Basic knowledge of automobile products and services is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
