Job Description

    Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and dynamicTelecallerto join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities :-
    1. Follow-up Calls:
      • Follow up on initial inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
      • Product name - DHANI ONE FREEDOM CARD
    2. Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
      • Submit daily/weekly reports on the status of calls.
    3. Complaint Handling:
      • Handle customer complaints effectively, offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Excellent Communication Skills:Clear and effective verbal communication in [language(s)].
    • Customer-Centric Approach:Strong listening skills and the ability to provide solutions based on customer needs.
    • Sales-Driven:Ability to meet targets.
    • Multitasking:Efficient in handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
    • Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to resolve issues and challenges efficiently.
    • Basic Computer Skills:Knowledge of Basic EXCEL .
    Education & Experience:
    • Education:Minimum 12th pass, Bachelors degree (preferred).
    • Experience:0-2 years of experience in telecalling.
