Job Description

    We are looking for Telemarketing Representative, who will be responsible for regularly initiating outbound calls, building rapport with potential customers, and promoting our products or services. Your goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Its B2B Sales .Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and persuasion.
    • Identify and qualify sales leads, capturing key information for the sales team.
    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
    • Document and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to articulate product or service information clearly and persuasively.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
    • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
