Job Description

    Greetings !We are in search of Dynamic Engineer for Tendering for Transmission Line & Railway Electrification EPC Projects :Company Profile :integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management Solutions for Power Transmission and distribution Projects. Railway Electrification Projects.Position : Manager- Executive Tendering. Purpose : Responsible for creating and submitting competitive bids for projectsLocation : Mahim MumbaiQualifications & Skills:A bachelors degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, etcMinimum 2 to 9 years of tendering experience with Utility & Industry EHV Substations, Transmission Line, Railway Projects etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.Analytical skills to assess project risks and financial implications accurately.Attention to detail to ensure bid compliance and quality.Proficiency in using relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Experience in the specific industry and understanding of its dynamics.Key Deliverable :
    • Preparation of Railway OHE Tender/ Transmission Line Tender Document.
    • Uploading of Tender Documents in Tender Portals.
    • Studying Tender / Pre-Qualification Documents.
    • Coordination and Communication with Clients and Partners.
    • To search and circulate railway related tenders from various sources.
    • Preparation of JV documents, agreements etc.
    • Preparation of Tender MIS, Lead Tracker, PPTs etc.
    • Physical submission of tenders to clients.
    • Rate Analysis.
    • Execution Cost Analysis
    • Procurement knowledge.
