Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Engagement with Leadership Teams: Maintain consistent professional engagement with Channel Partner Leadership Teams (including Branch Head, Cluster Head, Circle Head, TPP team, etc.) to minimize escalations and ensure timely service resolution, contributing to overall business objectives.
    • Sales KPI Management: Drive business sales KPIs related to top-line growth, market share, product mix, upselling, SLG, and 13th-month persistency. Accountable for achieving persistency, maintaining market share thresholds, and ensuring a profitable product mix (Term share) within the assigned territory.
    • Business Travel Planning: Plan and execute monthly/quarterly business travel to engage the team and drive business objectives effectively.
    • Skill Development: Foster the development of CSM/Sr. CSM skills (First Level Leadership - FLL) to manage their direct reports (FLS) effectively, ensuring low attrition and high productivity within the territory.
    • Team Building: Actively recruit and build your team through referrals, achieving 100% staffing for the month.
    • Engagement Monitoring: Ensure timely and effective engagements for 0-6 month FLS by FLLs, supporting successful probation outcomes through on-the-job training.
    • Multi-task Management: Efficiently manage multiple activities related to Sales Management Processes, including First Time Right on login to conversion, organizational initiatives, contests, and maintaining personal and business hygiene.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders to seamlessly achieve business objectives.
