    JOB DESCRIPTION: Industry - Paint , wood coating , Plywood, furniture Age 32 Experience 5 graduate,ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Contractor Relationship Management
    • Advise and Promote appropriate Products and Solutions
    • Inform Leads and Customers of current Promotions and Discounts
    • Organize Applicator Meets and Training Program
    • Build Contractor Loyalty through ICC
    1. Dealer Management
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target in territory
    • Successful execution of Trade Schemes
    • Identify and Develop Business with important Dealers
    1. Lead Management
    • Facilitate Cold and Warm calls to Prospective Leads
    • Schedule and follow through on calls with Leads and Current Customers
    • Meet and engage leads and customers through site visits
    • Answer all Lead and Customer questions accurately
    • Prioritize and/or escalate Lead and Customer questions as needed
    1. Internal Reporting
    • Track and Report all Appointments, Sales, Complaints, Status reports, thoroughly for manager review
