Job Description

    Dear Recruitment Partners,Greetings! From Vvinayak AssociatesWe are currently hiring for the position of Purchase / Procurement Executive for an Architecture & Interior Design company. Kindly share relevant candidate profiles only after ensuring the below mandatory screening criteria are met.Mandatory Screening Questions (Non-Negotiable):
    • Candidate is comfortable with fixed working hours of 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
    • Candidate has hands-on experience in vendor management, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders (POs), and vendor follow-ups.
    • Candidate is comfortable coordinating regularly with project sites and design teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
    Common Screening CriteriaStability
    • Minimum average tenure of 2 years in previous organizations.
    • No more than 3 job changes in the last 5 years.
    • Reason for leaving each previous employer should be clearly mentioned.
    Notice Period
    • Preference will be given to candidates who can join within 15-30 days
