DEAR CANDIDATESWE REQUIRED URGENT LEAD/AREA/BRANCH ADVISORDevelopment Manager PROFILETHEY WILL PROVIDE GOOD PKG AND GOOD HIKE FOR UR CURRENT PKG(CTC).EXPERIENCE :- MINIMUM 3 TO 9 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN TRAINER PROFILE AND CURRENT PROFILE IS ALSO AS A TRAINER.JOB DESCRIPTION:-2 to 3 years of work experience in Sales Training with at least 1-2 yrs. experience in Life Insurance (or) 3+ years of Experience in Sales in Tied Agency Channel of Life Insurance Industry-Should be a Graduate ( any discipline)-Must have basic knowledge of IC38 courseware & how IC38 training works-Age 28 30 years-Maximum CTC 4 LPA TO 10 LPARole of the Candidate:1.Responsible & Managing the Holistic End to End Advisor Agency Cycle (Onboarding, Recruitment, Activation & Productivity Management) for assigned locations / branches2.Ensuring hiring, managing, retention & development of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the area for conducting IRDAI batches3.Overlooking the 25 hrs.
