    Job Title: Turner cum FitterDepartment: Technical Location: Khopoli, Mumbai Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD) Employment Type: Full-time (Company Payroll) Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Experience Required: 4 to 8 years Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Education Qualification: ITI / NCTVTJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turner cum Fitter to join our team at our chemical manufacturing facility in Khopoli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating lathe machines, performing boring, drilling, welding, and fitting work as per industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate and maintain lathe machines for precision machining tasks.
    • Perform boring, drilling, welding, and fitting work on machine components.
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
    • Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of equipment.
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during operations.
    • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for smooth functioning of equipment.
    • Maintain tools and work area in clean and organized condition.
    • Record daily tasks and machine usage logs.
    Mandatory Skills:
    • Proficiency in lathe machine operation
    • Knowledge of fitting and machining practices
    • Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
    Optional Skills:
    • Basic welding and fabrication
    • Experience in drilling and boring operations
    • Familiarity with working in chemical manufacturing environments
