We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer & React JS Developer to join our team and help us create seamless, user-friendly interfaces for our platform.Responsibilities:- Design and implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web applications.- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.- Develop responsive and interactive front-end components using React JS.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum performance.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.- Maintain and improve existing designs and front-end codebase.- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.Requirements:- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and React JS Developer.- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and React JS development work.- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS.- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with TypeScript.- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.- Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, APIs) is a bonus.Immediate Joiner Only
