    • Student & Parent Counseling:Advising on JEE/NEET exam specifics, study plans, and suitable academic pathways.
    • Lead Engagement:Connecting with prospective students via phone, email, and WhatsApp to convert leads into enrolled students.
    • Needs Assessment:Understanding a students academic background, strengths, and learning challenges to recommend the best courses.
    • Relationship Management:Providing empathetic support, addressing concerns, and maintaining long-term engagement.
    • Record Keeping:Using CRM systems to log interactions, follow-ups, and student progress.
    • Internal Collaboration:Working with academic and marketing teams for better service delivery and student satisfaction.
