Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at an Insurance Broking Firm in Goregaon (W), Mumbai. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, and a deep understanding of the General Insurance and Broking industry.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for acquiring Corporate and developing business through them. Ensuring top and bottom line achievement of numbers and budgets are achieved for the vertical.Drawing the budget and formulate strategies to control acquisition costFocus on forming teams for Zonal / Regional Level and retaining for best results.Driving the channel sales and owning the responsibility of its overall performance including the profitability and achievement of the budget.Assist operational managers in their sales initiatives by bringing in support from the head officeWork closely with various departments within the company to smoothen operational procedures to facilitate faster closure of sales related matters.Should have through knowledge of the market, must be aware of competition practices and should provide regular feedback to business heads for advance planning.Should be well aware of the companys underwriting, claim and operation procedures and all other aspects required to ensure achievement of desired objectives and drive corporate underwriting and claim teams for achieving the targets.Responsible for monthly reviews and analysis with the Director.Requirements:Experience:At least 15 years relevant experience of Sales and Business Development in Insurance Industry and 10 years in Large Corporates & SMEs.Advance knowledge of all types of insurance, inclusive of Life and General Insurance.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and key account management skills.Ability to overcome sales objections and close deals effectively.Strategic partnership development to drive revenue and profitability.Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Insurance Management / Sales / Marketing preferred).Diploma in Insurance & Risk ManagementCurrent Openings in the Corporate Business Division:Corporate Sales Manager - Head Experience: 10-15 years in the General Insurance Industry handling corporatesBusiness Development Executive - CorporateExperience: 0-3 years in the General Insurance IndustryKey Requirements for All Positions:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in sales and business development within the General Insurance industry.Ability to create and implement sales strategies.Strong relationship-building skills with corporate clients.Compensation: Attractive Salary Best in the Industry Incentives Insurance PolicyInterested candidates can send their CVs on hidden_mobileThanks & regards,Riya Kamble - hidden_mobile
