    Dear Candidate,Greetings!We are pleased to inform you about an exciting job opportunity for the position of *Logistics Executive Assistant* in our organization.Please find the job details below:*Job Title:* Logistics Executive Assistant*Department:* Supply Chain / Logistics*Location:* Colaba, Mumbai*Key Responsibilities:* Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations including dispatch, delivery, and transportation* Operate and maintain logistics/ERP software for order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates* Ensure accurate data entry of shipments, invoices, and stock movements* Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely delivery* Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues promptly* Prepare logistics reports, MIS reports, and perform data analysis* Maintain proper documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.)* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations* Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams*Required Skills & Qualifications:** 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations* Good knowledge of transportation and warehouse processes* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems* Strong communication and coordination skills* Problem-solving and time management abilities*Preferred Skills:** Experience in dispatch planning and fleet management* Knowledge of GST, e-way bill, and invoicing procedures* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines*Key Competencies:** Attention to detail* Organizational skills* Team coordination* Analytical thinkingIf you are interested in this opportunity, please reply to this email with your updated resume.Looking forward to your response.Regards,Executive Talent Acquisition Team,AHS Corporate Services Pvt.
