Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Chartered Accountant to oversee and manage the financial operations of our construction development firm, marble manufacturing business, and the personal finances of all directors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, demonstrate strong financial acumen, and possess excellent leadership and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities
    • Tax Compliance:Handle all aspects of income tax filing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage GST filings and related processes.
    • Coordination:Collaborate with the legal team and external consultants to ensure all financial processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with legal standards.
    • Reporting:Prepare regular financial reports and present them to the board of directors. Provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and strategy.
    • Audit and Compliance:Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Lead internal and external audits as required.
    • Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    Qualifications
    • Education:Comis mandatory.
    • Experience:Minimum of 3years of experience in the real estate development industry, preferably with a developer.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
      • Proficiency in preparing business plans and financial models.
      • Expertise in income tax and GST compliance and filing.
      • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to coordinate effectively with legal teams and consultants.
      • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
