Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager YES FIRST to manage and grow relationships with HNI and affluent customers. The role is responsible for deepening existing relationships, acquiring new customers and increasing the overall wallet share through banking, investment and wealth products.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and develop strong relationships with YES FIRST HNI customers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for mapped clients and ensure excellent customer service.
    • Drive business growth across CASA, Liabilities, Retail Assets, Investments, Forex, Cards and other banking products.
    • Acquire new HNI customers and deepen existing customer relationships.
    • Increase CASA balances and overall customer wallet share through cross-selling and product penetration.
    • Understand customers financial needs and provide appropriate investment and wealth solutions.
    • Provide financial planning and investment advisory to HNI customers.
    • Generate fee income through Mutual Funds, Investments, Insurance and other investment products.
    • Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
    • Maintain regular engagement with customers and ensure portfolio quality.
    • Ensure all sales activities and customer information are maintained as per organizational processes.
    • Adhere to KYC, AML and applicable banking/regulatory compliance requirements.
    Candidate Profile
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking/BFSI.
    • Strong experience in Relationship Management, HNI/Affluent Banking or Wealth Management.
    • Experience in CASA, liabilities, assets, investments and cross-selling of financial products.
    • Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
    • Strong understanding of banking and investment products.
    Preferred CertificationsNISM / AMFI / IRDA / NCFM / JAIIB / CAIIB certifications will be an added advantage.
