Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment* Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding* Post job openings, screen profiles, conduct HR discussions, and coordinate interviews* Handle candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities* Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databasesHuman Resources* Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records* Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes* Support performance reviews, appraisals, and engagement initiatives* Conduct onboarding sessions and employee connect programs* Draft HR communications, policies, letters, and documentationAdministration* Manage office administration, vendors, subscriptions, licenses, and company assets* Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, office supplies, and facility management* Coordinate office events, celebrations, team outings, and employee engagement activities* Maintain HR/Admin reports, trackers, and compliance recordsFinance Coordination* Support invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and client documentation* Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups* Maintain expense trackers, reimbursements, vendor payments, and financial records* Assist in finance reporting and documentation managementWhat Were Looking For 24 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Administration, or Business Operations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Understanding of payroll support, invoicing, and business operations Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, and productivity tools Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow-up skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
