Job Description

    The ANM/GNM Nurse will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. They will work as part of a team to assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. The ANM/GNM Nurse will be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and their families.Key Responsibilities:Assessing and documenting patient health status and needsDeveloping and implementing care plans for patientsAdministering medications and treatments as ordered by physiciansMonitoring and recording vital signs and other patient dataProviding emotional support and education to patients and their familiesMaintaining accurate and complete medical recordsCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated careParticipating in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiativesAdhering to infection control and safety protocolsMaintaining current knowledge of healthcare practices and regulationsQualifications:ANM/GNM degree from a recognized institutionValid nursing licenseMinimum of 4 or more years of experience as an ANM/GNM NurseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of medical terminology and proceduresProficient in the use of medical equipment and technologyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient careAbility to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information
