Job Description

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in technical recruitment, IT staffing, and contract-to-hire (C2H) roles.Key Responsibilities:
    • Technical Recruitment: Identify, source, and attract top IT talent for various technical positions.
    • IT Staffing & Permanent Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent positions within the IT industry.
    • Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Recruitment: Handle C2H roles, liaising with clients to understand their needs and successfully place candidates.
    • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing requirements.
    • Job Posting & Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networks to attract qualified candidates.
    • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate technical skills to match candidates with the right job opportunities.
    • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of clients.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or in a similar technical recruitment role.
    • In-depth knowledge of technical roles, including but not limited to developers, engineers, systems architects, and network specialists.
    • Expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Staffing.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize effectively.
    • Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
    • Experience working with senior-level positions is a plus.
    • A background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
