The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a presentable personality, andbasicknowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and telemarketing.Promote ISO standards and certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 21001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)Meet prospective clients, understand their certification requirements, and present suitable solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Maintain daily activity reports, client data, and follow-ups in CRM/MIS.Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution of certification projects.Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.Required Skills & Competencies:Good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).Confident, presentable, and professional personality.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel for client meetings on field.(Mandatory).Eligibility CriteriaAny graduate from a recognised university.Minimum 1-4 Years of experience in sales and marketing (B2B preferred).Experience in ISO certification, consultancy, or service industry will be an added advantage.What We Offer:Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.Learning and growth opportunities in the certification and compliance domain.
