Job Description

    We are urgently hiring for Production Operator for one of the leading company in manufacturing industry.Position-Production OperatorLocation: Mahape MumbaiWorking mode: Work form Office.Interview Mode: Face to FaceRoles and ResponsibilitiesActively participate and contribute towards companys principles, policies and operational requirements for quality, health, safety and environmental management;Ensure that work is done as per SHE guidelines given in standard procedures and to report any deviations from them.Responsible for proper implementation of LSR & Systematic inspection in production area.Responsible for safe and efficient plant operation. To ensure that standard operating conditions and standard operating procedures are followed in producing quality products.Maintain 5S & housekeeping standards at the highest levels.Feed raw materials into production machineryCleaning and assembly of production equipment during grade changeover or as needed.Monitor the production processCarry out basic Visual quality checksStore goods and raw materials properly in our warehousePack goods to be shippedMaintain the work area clean, safe and organized;Ensure that equipments are maintained in good and safe working condition;Uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line;Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders;Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality;Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing;Report any operating or mechanical faults or issues to management;Work with contract labour to achieve production targets.Effective shift handover to next shift about activity done in shift and pending.Filling of production log book, checklist as per QMS Requirement.Achieving Daily Production target, OEE%, FPFQY, Housekeeping, 5S etc,Education Requirement / Skills & CompetenciesCandidate should be ITI Fitter or Mechanical.Knowledge of basic production and maintenance activity.Read and write in English.Ready to work in 3 shifts.
