Identifying the customer leads through cold calls, exhibitions, Market visit and Social Media.Introducing new ingredients to customer after studying their product and determining how to incorporate our product. Convincing them for trails, optimizing their recipe and helping them with trails. Product development based on customer requirement. Customer management- Establishing a good relationship, aligning customer strategy to companies aims and objectives for the continuity of sales. Managing the POs, price negotiation, coordinating with logistics team for the dispatch. Organizing product exhibitions.
