Job Description

    Job DescriptionThe Regional Sales Head will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy for our prepaid card and SaaS offerings within the designated region. This role demands a dynamic individual with aproven track record in sales leadership, exceptional strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of the Prepaid industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and nurturing clientrelationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.Candidate must have good experience in selling Prepaid Gift cards and Reloadable cards to Corporates and Resellers as well.Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the adoption of prepaid card solutions and SaaS platforms within the region. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitive landscape, and stay updated on industry trends. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new business development, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market entry and client servicing. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management protocols.Skills:o Strong understanding of prepaid card solutions and SaaS platforms.o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.o Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.o Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Competencies Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
