Job description:As Sales Head, you are required to identify and target B2B potential Customers and acquire them. Establish brand proposition and increase partners base in India.Key Deliverables 1. Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the SIM & Data Selling Channel Partners to the maximum possible extent. Ensure existing customers are adequately serviced.2. Understand the market demographics and drive sales strategy according to customer segments.3. Drive the basic distribution parameters such as Channel profitability and Channel satisfaction.4. Increase value for Partners i.e. Distributors, Retailers, and Field Sales Executives through systematic marketing and merchandising activities.5. Develop timely Market Intelligence reports, detailing the changing customer trends and competitors performance.6. Work closely with the network team to understand and improve mobile network in the markets.Educational Qualifications Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDMWork Experience 5 to 10 years of Sales Experience Preferably Telecom/FMCG
