**Job Overview**:Modern HVAC is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure the successful execution of HVAC installations. The ideal candidate will manage teams, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure that project goals are met in line with company standards and safety regulations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Supervise daily site operations, including installation of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, and related tasks.- Lead and manage teams of site engineers, technicians, and labourers to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.- Monitor material usage and ensure proper resource management to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.- Collaborate with project planners, quality engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications at all stages of installation.- Report on project progress, delays, and potential issues to project managers and clients.- Provide training and support to team members to enhance job performance and safety.**Qualifications**:- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.- 5 years of experience in supervising HVAC projects.- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.- Hands-on experience in HVAC system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
