    PARADIGM CONSULTANCY is having Vacancy for Senior HR Executive Role Job Location - Malad WestJob Role -
    • Taking Telephonic rounds of interviews of candidates.
    • Searching candidate through various job portals.
    • Screening Resume, conducting interviews and Guiding Documentation process.
    • Co-coordinating with Clients & attending meetings with clients.
    • Maintaining Data& MIS Report.
    We Require below skills in You: -
    • You should be a Graduate, Undergraduate we can consider.
    • You should have Basic communication skills and a pleasant personality.
    • Should be able to handle Multi Tasks at the same time.
    • Should be eager to work in the HR Industry.
    • Experience in recruitment into Non-IT / BFSI / Pharma industry will be advantageous.
