As the Vice President - Business Development , you will beresponsible for improving in clients customer experiences. What you will do: Diving into tons of research

  • Knowing the ins and outs of the Customer Experience industry
  • Understanding how much potential value it can create for any business that directly deals with the end consumer of its products or services.
  • Finding new prospective clients, creating a sales pipeline with a clear strategy on how to convert them.
Leading communications with prospective brands
  • Getting in touch with business managers to closing deals with them, the entire communicationwill be led by you with intervention and guidance from the leadership team wherever needed.
Regularly reporting the progress on sales efforts
  • Reporting consistently on the various businesses you are in conversation with.
  • Nicely documenting minutes-of-meeting and negotiations data is a requisite.
Maintaining relationships
  • Networking extensively and maintain public relations for the company.
  • Acting as brand ambassador, promoting the company and its products/services in all the relevant circles.
