As the Vice President Client Engagement , you will be responsible for managing clients accounts, getting new business,identifying and bridging white spaces in client accounts and maintaining revenue ledgers What you will do: Managing accounts like a ninja

  • Knowing clients inside out and be more than just a SPOC to them.
  • Identifying clients needs and going the extra mile to meet them.
  • Having a clear strategy ahead for each of accounts in order to achieve maximum potential.
Getting in new business
  • Fully understanding the value created by the Customer Experience industry and pitch the same to prospective clients.
  • Identifying new channels of growth, and devising and executing appropriate strategies to get them on-board.
Identifying and bridging white spaces in client accounts
  • Constantly looking out for accounts unmet needs and finding a way to fulfill them.
  • Identifying opportunities for further engagement with the clients that others may miss.
Maintain revenue ledgers
  • Being in-charge of the complete revenue information for all your accounts.
  • Overseeing and ensuring an invariably regular invoicing cycle.
