Job Description

Position: Vice President Revenue & Operations Location: Delhi / Bangalore / Mumbai Experience: 20 YearsCTC: 50 - 70 LPA Notice Period: Preference for Early JoinersKey Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth and business expansion
• Lead sales operations and large cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership initiatives
• Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities
• Manage key client and stakeholder relationships
• Track sales performance, forecasting, and business metrics
• Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
• B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics); MBA preferred
• 20 years of leadership experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations
• Strong IT Product Sales background preferred
• Proven track record in revenue growth and business scaling
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
