Job Description

    For each Studiowork with the studio projects team to customize merchandising thatleverages the quirks of each property. Work on zoning layouts at the very beginning of the layoutplanning process along with the C.O.D.E team.• Apply the latest learnings in the principles of visual merchandizing to transform window shoppersinto prospective customers. Be aware of current and future market trends in lifestyle design so asto apply learnings early and drive topline. Example: Samples, Swatches and Display of other keyelements like Mattress Samples, Fabric Samples or Wood Polish Samples.• Ensure all Visual Marketing Ideas are in sync with the quarterly marketing calendar and applyscalable execution skills to ensuring timely on-ground execution for customers.Work closely with Brand Managers of all the House-Brands (typically, Furniture and HomeFurnishings) to understand sales, customer trends and merchandise replenishment plans basedpersonas and sales both.• Responsible for on-floor Merchandise, placements and maintaining in-stock levels at all points.• Collaborate with marketing as you plan and execute seasonal and monthly themes.• Should have relevant experience in managing execution partners, along with building a knowledgeof materials. Benefit local communities through use of local material and by collaborating with localentrepreneurs.• Work closely with the Spatial Architecture and Visual Communication Team to deliver In-HouseProjects in time.• Be on the ball at all times, own each part of the process and be focused on the end delivery at alltimes.
