Job Description

    Location BKCDept - ComplianceKey elements of the job role will be,Effective engagement with the SSM and his team in a co-ordinated manner daily during the on-site inspection, frequently through the year.
    1. Efficient management of the information indents to facilitate timely and accurate submissions leveraging in-depth understanding of the regulations as well as the Banks organisation structures, policy framework and information systems.
    2. Managing the ad-hoc and periodic regulatory returns on the DAKSH portal.
    3. Co-ordinating the dissemination of draft and final report, effective engagement with the stakeholders for timely responses and performing the quality check on the responses.
    4. Timely follow-up, escalations, review as well as joining hands with the Action Owners to think through action plan to redress the risks highlighted by the regulatory reviews including RAR, RMP, MAONC and facilitate issues closure.
    5. Making critical interventions to build a positive image for the Bank and have the ability to think on the feet to address regulatory concerns/queries on the spot.
    6. Leveraging the tech platforms and data capabilities to bring in efficiencies in managing various aspects of Risk based supervision.
    7. Support Compliance leadership in strengthening the Compliance policy, processes and systems.
    8. Preparing the drafts of the notes to governance forums like Audit Committee on all RBS matters.
    9. Leadership and team management for a mid-size team of professionals.
    Somebody handling/dealing with RBI.Need to urgently recruit to handle Risk Based Supervision (RBI inspection) and other regulatory matters in the Compliance Department of the Bank.The target profile will be a candidate handling similar role in a mid-size or a large Bank in India, immediate joiners will be preferred.Suitable candidates can apply / refer suitable candidates at hidden_email
