Job Description

    Job Profile :
    • Job Role :Assistant Direct Sales Manager
    • Its permanent Job - On roll with Aditya Birla Health Insurance
    • Its work from Office - Timing 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM based at 10th Floor, R-TECH PARK, Nirlon Complex, Off Western Express Highway , Goregaon (E) Mumbai- 400063
    Job Role :
    • Plan field activities to broaden the funnel of leads.
    • Build a pipeline of leads through reference and activities to ensure available bucket of prospects to approach for sales.
    • Take customer appointments to understand their needs and pitch suitable products to maximize customer value and thereby generate revenue to achieve / exceed given targets Distributor
      • Maintain lead tracker and sales tracker - update calls and visits along with the status (hot/cold) as per defined sales process.
      • Ensure records are accurately captured and updated.
      • Use of digital tools like Digital Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum digitization and high customer ease.
    Required Candidate Profile :
    • Willing to do Field Sales Job and travelling
    • Age 30 and below
    • Graduate (full time course only)
      • Prior experience with Field Sales in BFSI.
      • Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
      • Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.
    • Can join us within 30 Days Not recommended 90 days notice period.
