Job Description

DescriptionPosition at WavemakerReporting of the role:This role reports to: Chief Digital Officer, Wavemaker3 best things about the job:

In three months:
  • Formulate performance strategy for client s business and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client s objectives and strategies.
  • Offer newer media/tech solutions and building a strong performance product.
  • Be involved in new business development for performance marketing clients.
In six months:
  • Build performance practice and demonstrating strategic thinking in existing and new clients.
  • Support training of digital staff and improve the culture of performance marketing.
In twelve months:
  • Oversee media financial management profitability of the Client account & establish the best practices in performance marketing.
What your day job looks like at Wavemaker:Assume lead role in driving outcomes for clients existing & new.Demonstrate superior understanding of platforms and how tools, tech, data can be used to drive growth.Guide the internal teams where applicable, to deliver better quality in product and process of performance marketing.Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, identifying those with benefit, scaling the opportunity and help in advice on implementationWhat you ll bring:
  1. Understanding of digital ecosystem with focus on performance, & platforms via Google DV360, AdWords, Facebook, Affiliates.
  2. Advanced Knowledge / understanding of analytics ecosystem across Google, Adobe.
  3. In-depth knowledge of tools, partners & tech which are used in lower funnel strategies to drive growth (Marin, Kenshoo)
  4. Demonstrate sharp strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills
  5. Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
  6. Show ability in training and leadership capability internally.
Minimum qualifications:
  1. 18+ years of experience with 12 years+ experience in performance marketing, with focus on team leadership and management
  1. Post Graduate degree preferred; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred.
