Job Description

    Bancassurance Manager (BAM)A Bancassurance Manager is typically responsible for executing sales strategies at the branch level. This is often an entry to mid-level management role focused on daily operations and individual performance.Key responsibilities:
    • Sales targets:Achieving sales quotas for insurance products within one or more assigned bank branches.
    • Relationship management:Building and maintaining strong working relationships with bank branch managers and other staff.
    • Training and motivation:Training bank employees on insurance products and sales techniques to help them cross-sell to customers.
    • Sales support:Providing direct support to the banks sales teams and handling walk-in customers.
    • Customer support:Assisting customers with policy documentation, after-salesservice, and claims coordination.
    • Reporting:Preparing sales reports and other data for senior management
