Job Description

    Primary Responsibilty:Wholesale Banking CBG Legal -VP
    1. Job Duties && responsibilities List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clearunderstanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity, and analysis performed in thisposition.
    2. Provide practical legal advice and support to business and support units (branch banking, creditcards, mortgages, operations, HR, procurement, real estate, technology, and infrastructure)
    3. ensuring legal risk mitigation.
    4. Draft and review legal documentation (e.g. leases, NDAs, supplier and outsourcing contracts,partnership arrangements etc.).
    5. Manage customer complaints, including vetting responses for complaints to senior managementand regulators.
    6. Develop and execute litigation strategy.
    7. Adhere to Bank legal risk management policies and industry standards. Proactively identify andmitigate legal risks.
    8. Adapt to evolving legal landscapes and customer needs.
    9. Maintain litigation reports and liaise with external legal counsel.
