Job Description

    Workshop Manager (Automobile Industry)Position Title: Workshop Manager Location: [Mumbai city] Reports to: Operations Manager / Service ManagerKey Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle repairs.
    • Manage and supervise a team of technicians and support staff.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and environmental practices.
    • Manage inventory, tools, and equipment effectively.
    • Control costs and optimize workshop performance within the budget.
    • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
    Key Requirements:
    • Degree/diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5 years experience in workshop management or a similar automotive role.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficient in workshop management software and MS Office.
    Working Conditions:
    • Full-time, with potential evening/weekend shifts.
    • On-site presence required for workshop management.
