Job Description

HiWe have an Urgent opening for Zonal Collection Head in a Reputed Fintech Company at MumbaiLocation: Mumbai- Responsible for the Collection portfolio for the entire Zone.- Achieve collection targets of the Respective Zone and Product assigned.- Ensuring legal guidelines are compiled for entire collection structure in letter and sprits.- Ensure that the collection managers and In-house collectors adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.- Continuously monitoring collection managers and In-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.- Maintain NPA ratios as per business requirements and reduce loss.- Must have worked with multiple collection agencies- Team lead role managing 6-8 AM level guys- Total pool around 50K casesIf you or your friend is interested then please share your updated CV
