- Introducing upgraded and innovative packaging solutions- Supporting customer by converting their concept in packaging.- To maintain the MIS of the customer.- Preparing advertising contracts.- Performing market research to find new opportunities.- Managing marketing department- Packaging managers will look for opportunities to make packaging processes more efficient and sustainable by cutting waste or improving work flow.- Visiting to New Clients- Getting Orders- Expanding Business- Co-coordinating with Print Co-coordinators according for finalizing Cost sheet, Job Cards.- Co-coordinating e with Production & Dispatch department for delivery of goods in time.Responsibilities:- The candiate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying business opportunities and building relationships with clients.- The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design products based on client needs, and manage the sales process from initial contact to final product delivery.- Achieving the sales & and profitability targets.- Ensuring the security of assets directly allocated to the flexible packaging sales & marketing team- Coordination with the production team- Purchase/Procurement- Stock ManagementRequirements:- A Bachelors & Masters degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
