Profile System Support Specialist Years of Relevant Experience (Fresher / 1 Year Experience) Department Technical Job Location Mumbai Educational Qualification A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is usually preferred. However, in some cases, relevant certifications or vocational training in IT support may also be considered. Desired Candidate Profile As a System Support Specialist with a freshers perspective or up to 1 year of experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our organizations IT infrastructure. Working closely with the IT team, you will be responsible for providing timely technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Role Providing first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Assisting in user account management and access control for various systems and applications. Conducting regular system checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate. Collaborating with senior IT personnel to ensure data security and backup procedures are followed. Assisting in the documentation of technical procedures and creating user guides for common issues. Participating in IT projects and initiatives to gain exposure to various aspects of IT support. Preffered Skills Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications. Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT problems and providing technical assistance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
