Job Description

Field Onboarding Executive Are you a dynamic and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment We are currently seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Onboarding Executive to join our Human Resources team. As a Field Onboarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our new hires. This is a field job that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Conduct On-Site Orientation: Facilitate in-person onboarding sessions for new employees at various locations, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our company culture, policies, and procedures. Document Verification: Verify and maintain accurate documentation of new hire credentials, certifications, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with regulations. Training Coordination: Coordinate and support training programs for new employees, both in-house and external, to equip them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Mentorship and Support: Serve as a point of contact and provide continuous support to new hires during their initial period of employment, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Performance Tracking: Collaborate with HR and line managers to monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of new employees during their probationary period. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new employees on their onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall process. Process Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to the onboarding process to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Compliance and Legal Awareness: Stay updated on labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations to ensure onboarding practices adhere to all relevant requirements. Travel Requirement: Be prepared for extensive travel to different locations for onboarding activities. Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on onboarding progress, key metrics, and any issues faced, providing insights for HR and management review.
